7 Damage caused by failure to use electricity, network and environment according to the specifications, including but not limited to humid environment, corrosive environment, ultra-high temperature environment, dust particles, abnormal voltage and current (surge, impact, instability), etc.;

8 Products whose serial numbers have been maliciously modified, defiled or intentionally removed;

9 Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquake, fire, rainstorm and sandstorm.

Return and exchange policy:

1. Domestic customers: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, our quality department confirms that it is a product quality problem;
2. Overseas customers: Within 15 days of receiving the goods, our quality department confirms that it is a product quality problem;
3. The outer packaging is damaged, and abnormalities occurring during transportation are not within the scope of return or exchange (please contact the freight company for claim settlement, and our company can assist with claim settlement);
