Installation & Critical Requirements

Deploying liquid-cooled ASIC infrastructure requires precise adherence to environmental and electrical parameters. Failure to match these guidelines can result in hardware instability or voided warranties.

1.Rack & Mechanical Placement：Mount the 2U chassis securely into your server rack or mining container. Ensure the front handles are accessible and that there is adequate clearance for fluid manifolds and electrical cabling at the rear.

2.Hydraulic Loop Integration：Connect the inlet and outlet liquid cooling tubes to your external dry cooler, radiator loop, or heat exchanger system. Fill the loop with compatible coolant (~1L per machine). Check thoroughly for leaks before introducing electrical power.

3.High-Voltage Electrical Hookup：Connect the dedicated custom-made heavy-duty power cables (minimum 16A rated) to a three-phase AC 380V–480V PDU. Ensure the ground wire is properly bonded to protect against power surges.

4.Network Configuration & Boot：Plug in the RJ45 Ethernet cable. Power on the liquid circulation pump first to establish pressure, then switch on the miner. Access the WhatsMiner backend control panel via your local IP scanner to assign your stratum mining pools.
