2.SHIPPING DETAILS

1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which lianli has received full payment.

2. You are responsible for any customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It's highly recommended to be aware of local customs clearance policies and prepare all customs documentation ahead of time to avoid delays or unexpected costs.

3.Return and exchange policy:

1. Domestic customers: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, our quality department confirms that it is a product quality problem;
2. Overseas customers: Within 15 days of receiving the goods, our quality department confirms that it is a product quality problem;
3. The outer packaging is damaged, and abnormalities occurring during transportation are not within the scope of return or exchange (please contact the freight company for claim settlement, and our company can assist with claim settlement);
4. We only provide after-sales service to customers who purchase directly. If you purchase our products from a dealer or a third party, please contact the seller for after-sales service;
5. The product cannot be disassembled after receipt, and cannot be modified or repaired without our permission. Keep the outer packaging and keep the labels intact, otherwise no after-sales service will be provided.
