    The following products are not covered by our warranty

    1 Because the product is not installed in accordance with the specifications, it is randomly removed from the shelf, and the product is damaged by pulling, picking, lifting and smashing the parts, the link is unstable, the circuit board is broken, etc.

    2 Due to improper operation, products are not normally placed on the shelf, including but not limited to the damaged products caused by reverse insertion, less insertion or no insertion of the line;

    Disassemble, modify or repair the damaged products without Party A's written or electronic authorization;

    4 Products that lack of computing power due to the use of unofficial specified accessories or damage due to mismatching, including but not limited to power supplies, control boards, fans, cables, etc.;

    5 The use of unofficial supporting software, resulting in computing power does not go up, abnormal computing power, card machine and burning machine products;

    6 Modify the product operating parameters (such as: overclocking), resulting in shortened product life or direct damage to the product;

    7 Damage caused by failure to use electricity, network and environment according to the specifications, including but not limited to humid environment, corrosive environment, ultra-high temperature environment, dust particles, abnormal voltage and current (surge, impact, instability), etc.;

    8 Products whose serial numbers have been maliciously modified, defiled or intentionally removed;

    9 Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquake, fire, rainstorm and sandstorm.
